My Project

Our school started a Positive Behavior Incentive System (PBIS) two years ago and we are ready to take it to the next level by opening up a PBIS store.

PBIS is an evidence-based, tiered framework that is intended to support students’ behavioral, academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs.

When implemented with fidelity, PBIS improves social emotional competence, academic success, and school climate. It also improves teacher health and wellbeing.

We implemented PBIS to create a more positive, and predictable learning environment in hopes that teachers and students thrive.
