This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As the Choir Director at Toppenish High School, I love creating music with our talented choir students. I also enjoy being a part of our PBIS Team. Our "Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports" team members will soon be hosting the grand opening of a PBIS store on our high school campus. Our students are hard working, talented, smart, and they overcome challenges on a daily basis. They will now have an opportunity to earn awards and incentives for their positive behavior and for making good choices.

Please help me give our amazing THS students their favorite incentives and awards to work toward every day.

After they receive all of their punches on their PBIS rewards card, they will be able to redeem it for a prize of their choice from our newly developed PBIS store. With your support, our students will be able to choose from their favorite incentives to enjoy. As a result, we will be able to continue to create and promote - on a high level - a culture of positive behavior and learning at THS.
