My Project

The items I am requesting will be utilized as rewards that align with our PBIS program's principles. These rewards will serve as incentives for my students to demonstrate positive behavior consistently. By investing in this rewards program, I aim to: strengthen the implementation of PBIS strategies across all grade levels, more specifically, 4th grade, increase student engagement and motivation to exhibit positive behavior, and foster a sense of community and collaboration among students and staff.

We have implemented the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework to promote positive behavior, improve school climate, and create a more inclusive and conducive atmosphere for learning.

One of my primary goals for utilizing these materials as rewards is to foster a positive and supportive learning environment for my students, especially within the realm of education. Despite facing economic challenges, my students possess qualities and strengths that make them truly remarkable. Resilience, adaptability and compassion are just a few of these awesome qualities.
