My Project

My school uses the PBIS program (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports). This program is an evidence-based framework for supporting students in a myriad of ways- academic, behavioral, social, and emotional. The program strives to create a positive and safe learning environment for all. Positive behaviors are praised and students are rewarded.

Students are beyond excited when they enter the school store and view the various iteams.

Students come to the store ready to shop with their points earned from the PBIS app. Items range from stickers to treats to various school supplies. Many students are also learning the importance of saving points in order to earn the higher point-value items.
