My Students

Our classes are filled with wonderful and diverse students who are very eager to learn. Our school is located in a low-income community, which can make teaching a challenge at times. The shortage of funds makes it difficult for us to get the resources needed.

My Project

Graduation time is almost here and is always such a busy time of year. This school year started off very different than previous years. These watches and pencils would make a perfect gift as they embark on their new journey.

It has been an emotional and challenging year for all of us in school.

In the midst of it all, my students and families have been a priority. Despite what is happening around the world today, I make sure that my students are getting top-notch education.

The Apple Watch will make a great PBIS incentive. It can do what other devices cannot do because it is on their wrist. When they wear it, they get a fitness partner that measures all the ways they move, meaningful health insights, and a connection to the people and things they care about most. The Apple pencils give the iPads more power and creative possibilities. Students can take notes and organize their digital classwork.

Our school uses this PBIS approach Providing these PBIS incentives for our Computer Science graduates helps restore the true spirit of seeing my students happy during their graduation season, especially during the pandemic.
