This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our goal is to continue having rewards that our students are excited to spend their Rose Bucks on. Students receive Rose Bucks throughout the building for displaying Respect, Ownership, Safety, and Empathy.

This year we are gearing to include more items that students took interest in, and anything SOCCER related has been a hit!

Our students are amazing. This store has taught them how to purchase items at a store, count their money, and make sure they have the right amount prior to purchasing. The most endearing moments are when students notice a classmate need an extra Rose Buck they give up one of their without hesitation, showing true empathy.
