My Project

Our positive behavior support system is strong and has helped students stay motivated when they face academic struggles. As part of our PBIS system, students earn Panther Bucks.

My students love working towards “buying” a gift card with their Panther Bucks.

They will step up to the challenge to earn this incentive. Each week they have to decide whether to spend their Panther Bucks on something small or to save for one of these gift cards. Most of them like to save their Panther Bucks to "buy" a gift card. These gift cards will help my students increase their engagement and participation which will help increase their success.
