Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

At our elementary school, our school-wide expectations are known by all students. The faculty does many things to reward students who follow these expectations daily. We also participate in Accelerated Reader (AR). Students read books and then take a comprehension quiz.

My project seeks to reward the students in my class for following our school-wide behavioral expectations and excelling in AR.

It will be my delight to reward my students with the treats and trinkets listed for following our behavioral expectations and excelling in literature. I know that this will encourage them to work even harder.
