Help me give my students a better hands on learning experience. In Kindergarten a lot of our materials are used daily. Students used to share, with the Covid-19 pandemic I like each child to have their own supplies.
My students are impressionable, imaginative and inspired. We are a Title I school. Our school contains very high percentages of children from low-income families as well as students who have English as a second language. We are one hundred percent free and reduced lunch.
Our students are always evolving with the changes that are thrown at them on a daily basis.
These kids work hard and are wanting to shine and succeed beyond the daily tasks assigned to them.
Our kids go above and beyond what we require of them. They are kind, caring and loving individuals that will do whatever it takes to succeed!
My Project
Students are having a hard time passing through the basics at school. Many families are still struggling at home. With the use of these manipulatives students will be able to increase their fine motor skills. The use of fine motor skills in kindergarten is crucial. Teaching students to color and write correctly is a daily task in and out of school. These supplies will be sent home as well to help families who are living on limited funds. I want all students to be able to have the same experiences in learning throughout the school year.
