it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Creating a community tank can be a fun and rewarding experience for my students. Not only does it provide a beautiful and interesting display, but it also teaches important lessons in biology and ecology. These items are the foundations that real-life ecosystems need in order to thrive.
This will be a great learning experience for my students.
By observing the behavior of different fish species in a community setting, you can learn a lot about their natural habits and interactions. This can be especially interesting if you choose to include species that are known to form symbiotic relationships in the wild.
Ultimately my goal to accomplish is to give my students things that will make environmental science more engaging and something they are genuinely interested in participating in. I want to continue to support my students' learning by doing hands-on models that tie into the lesson content.
