Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every music room should have a parachute. Parachutes allow our students to learn about music form, which is the changes from one section to another section. Parachuting will allow us to stay together in a circle instead of walking freely around the classroom to learn music.

Our kids are currently learning Aquarium by Camille Saint-Saëns and also identifying stop and go patterns when I play the piano.

Parachuting is a precursor to marching band. It teaches our kids to walk in step while maintaining a shape. We plan on bringing smiles to our kids’ faces and thank you so much for your support.
