My Project
I am requesting notebooks, pencils, and tape for my students who live in a high-need district. These students are often from immigrant or low-income families who do not have the resources for school. The students are brilliant, kind, and multilingual. They need a notebook to stay organized in my class and a writing utensil every day.
I believe that providing students with the supplies they need on a daily basis makes them more successful and levels the playing field for all students.
I am simply going to provide them with those supplies to be successful. These basics make a huge difference in students' lives. Former students request these materials as well as current students.
My goal is to be a safe place for all my students and that starts by meeting their basic needs in class. Please help my amazing students to be successful!
