My Students
Our school is a Title I school on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. My art stars are creative, fun, and curious little artists. They love to draw, paint, color, and sculpt. The art room is their place to shine, be themselves, express their creativity, and show the world who they are.
My Project
One thing I learned during this past spring's dive into remote learning is that a lot of my students did not have access to basic art supplies.
I would like to be able to give my highest need students the supplies they need to complete their remote learning art projects.
I am asking for help to supply my students with markers, pencils, and paper so they can continue their art education. I have created a number of lessons that can be completed using simple materials but my students need those materials to succeed.
