My Project

Art matters to kids. When they have quality supplies, their creativity flourishes. They like to be successful with their art. The feeling of success is heightened when their artwork looks amazingly bright, bold, and beautiful. Paper is the foundation of so many art projects. We simply must have these amazing colors!

The goals for this project is to never be out of the good stuff.

We need to feel secure in our supplies. Funding this project will mean that no idea is off limits due to a missing color of construction paper. This project will make kids thrilled to come to art and start being creative.

My students are special because they know the key to learning is making mistakes and turning those mistakes into masterpieces. We call it "dress up your mess up" and it's been game changing for our students who apply this mentality to other subject areas as well.
