Imagine after years of not having an art program you find out that you will have one! In a school with students K-12 it is a privilege for these students to have art. My hope is to provide them with a wonderful art program and allow them to explore their creative side.
Our undivided school is a tight knit school, everyone K-12 attend the pep rallies, the football games and we have a lot of school spirit.
My class sizes can range from 8-20 students depending on the age. As a small school I want our students to have the best experience possible and have as many experiences as they can to prepare them for a successful future.
My Project
These supplies will help my students because paper and glue are something we use very often. We are always creating wonderful art projects with a variety of colored paper. Sometimes in art the basics in the classroom, like paper, glue, pencils, are what run out most often. Students rely on these basic art materials to create a huge variety of projects throughout the year..
I have also added a clay variety pack, the students will be able to create 3 dimensional art and use their hands to discover different mediums of art.
The students enjoy learning and experimenting with new materials.
Lastly, I added cleaning supplies and tissue because this is also something we use all year. As an art teacher, the students that come to my class are not required to bring supplies so I am required to provide the supplies that we need for our class.
