This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students come from low-income families and have limited resources at home. Most of my students either come from single parent homes, or full time working parents. They lack the support and other resources outside of school.

My students highly benefit from the tools and materials that are available to them in the classroom.

Their education and learning are my priority. Technology and hands on activities are the key in allowing my students to enhance their learning experiences and practices. All of my students strive in everything they do and take pride in their education.

My Project

I would like to have these different sizes and quality of paper for my students to access in the classroom. I would use the paper for printing vivid colorful visuals that will help my students in providing them with visual content around the classroom. Having visuals to aid in the learning of new content will highly benefit my students' learning. I have also asked for plain white paper that my students will use for a variety of art projects that we complete in our history art course. Colorful visuals have shown to help students in the understanding of new content.
