This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Classroom environment is so important and having the right tools can really help.

I teach an energetic and enthusiastic group of first graders.

They come to school ready to learn and be challenged. In an effort to keep them motivated, I try to provide them engaging activities and assignments. We have a variety of hands-on lessons and projects and the kids love sharing them with classmates, parents, and visitors.

My Project

With the paper cutter, we will be able to trim projects, papers, and assignments for display. Although our office has a paper cutter, it is too big for students to use. The hole punches are for students to use when they are the scholar of the week. During this special week, students get to punch students' prize card so we go through hole punches pretty quickly. Finally, the fadeless paper will help us keep our class looking fresh and keep students excited about displaying their work.
