My Project

Our students want to learn to run track!! Our school started a track club and need the necessary equipment to teach, model, practice track techniques for a successful track season. The equipment (foam plyo box and starting block) will promote proper track techniques that runners will use during track meets. This will enhance our students love and passion for track and set our students up for success. In addition, teaching athletes to focus on success and discussing with them what success really is, rather than allowing winning to be the only measure, nurtures the factors that ultimately lead to winning
