My classroom is a place where student are passionate about learning, engaged in inquiry, and have an enthusiasm for curiosity. I have 24 energetic and inquisitive learners that are highly creative. I'd love to offer more artistic opportunities in the classroom to enhance learning and engage students in active collaboration.
Each child in my classroom absolutely loves learning!
I incorporate a variety of learning strategies, group work, and alternative seating options to ensure an optimal learning environment. They are truly an incredible group, and I am so lucky and thankful to have a new group of learners that are excited and ready to learn each year!
My Project
Help me give my students art supplies, including watercolor paints and paper, to connect their creative side with the academic work we do daily. The wobble chairs would be perfect to define our art area and make it a special place in the classroom. The personal art easels will allow students to present their masterpieces in the classroom for all to see. My energetic and creative students will be actively engaged in this unique learning opportunity.
Art allows students opportunities to communicate their thoughts and express their ideas as well as gain self confidence and work on collaboration skills.
