Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach a full day blended Prek class in the southeast side of Chicago. During free play, my students love going to the art center. It is the most used center in our class and because of that, our easel has some obvious signs of wear and tear, such as a broken lever and cracked board.
Please help us get a new 3 person art easel and paint.
The students will enjoy painting and conversing alongside their friends. The students will especially love that this particular art easel is clear, so they will be able to see friends creations as well as their own at the same time.
