My Students
GPES consists of children and teachers who are used to working creatively. Students and the school district lie within an economically challenged background. This doesn’t stop our leaders from wanting to strive and to be the best. At GPES, students are “outside of the box” thinkers. They make the most of what they have and take very little for granted.
My Project
It’s typical in the Manchester school district to receive minimal funding for school supplies, particularly for specials. Specials are meant to be an outlet from students' normal learning day. During this break, they utilize the art room‘s tools to engage in process making. This engagement aligns students and has them rejoining their classrooms with new mindsets. Art not only supports engagement but also helps developmental growth and happiness. These materials are essential for learning new outlets, techniques, and tactile skills. By donating, you will be helping our students gain versatility and uniqueness. Thank you for considering to help positively impact our Gators.
