My Students

Students at our school are full of life and energy. They are inquisituve and curious about what’s happening in their world. The physical and emotional changes that are taking place in their lives are not always easy to handle, but , for the most part, these students are resilient and able to adapt to new environments, teachers and ideas with ease. They are mature in many ways, but still hold a child-like faith and trust when it comes to those who are leading them.

My Project

Most people like to work and play with art materials. Paints, charcoals, pastels, pencils and papers are enticing and encourage creativity. The easels requested will help our students draw, paint and sketch in a more efficient manner, especially for physically hindered students. Working on a flat area is not as conducive as an easel with an angle to it.

These tabletop easels will be used on a daily basis in all classes.

Mixed media will be put to use with the easels in many ways like securing and holding art materials as well as displays for thumbnail art and books.

Donating to this project will help ensure that our students are able to do their best work!
