Help me give my students paint time. We have 30-minute classes with 5 minutes in between to prepare for the next class. Paint sticks are quick and easy and require almost zero clean-up or prep time!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students enjoy using as many art supplies as possible. They are very curious about everything! I do not have the time or space to have paint palettes out for my classes.
These sticks can be placed in caddies and put on each table.
They do not dry out and dry quickly on the paper. So that means they will last for a while, and my littles can paint, wait about 5 minutes, put the art in their art folders, and head out. All in the 30 minutes we have! No time will be used to get the paint to their desks, get water cups and brushes, and, as mentioned before, there is no clean-up time. Win, win situation!
