This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We want to ensure that every student starts the school year strong, fully equipped with the tools they need to succeed. By providing composition notebooks to all our students, we can ensure they have the basic materials they need from day one. This simple yet essential item will allow for a seamless transition into the new school year, allowing students to record their thoughts, organize their learning, and develop their writing skills without interruptions. With these notebooks, our students can focus on their education from the start, without worrying about missing out on crucial materials.

For many of our families, the beginning of the school year can be a stressful time, especially when it comes to purchasing supplies- we can change that!

. By providing these composition notebooks, we’re easing that burden and ensuring that all students, regardless of their background, have what they need to succeed. These notebooks will not only serve as a tool for daily learning but will also encourage consistency and organization, helping students keep track of their progress throughout the year.

Our goal for this project is simple: to remove barriers to learning and ensure that every student feels prepared and confident. We believe these notebooks will significantly impact our students' academic lives. This project aims to foster an environment where students can thrive, focusing on learning rather than worrying about having the right supplies.

What makes our students special is their resilience and eagerness to learn. Despite their challenges, they come to school every day ready to engage and grow. These composition notebooks are more than just paper and binding—they represent our commitment to supporting our students’ educational journey and their bright futures.
