Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Having period pads readily available to students in need will help allow those students to focus on the challenges and tasks of the day. Sometimes basic needs are forgotten when the focus is on school academic improvement.
Students need a little help when life gets a little difficult.
By providing period pads for students in need, we can help nurture a caring culture at our school.
Having the students' needs met creates a positive atmosphere. Just as it takes a village to raise a child, it also takes caring and concern to help a school improve.
