My Project

Canyon Springs STEM Academy is a STEM accredited school (only a few in the state). We engage in daily STEM lessons, as well as in-depth monthly project based (PBL) STEM inquiries.

We enjoy working outdoors in the fresh air as much as possible and would like to create a 'Kindergarten Outdoor STEM Exploration Lab'.

The outdoor STEM lab/materials will allow each student to problem solve, have fun, and complete daily STEM challenges as they learn the Engineer Design Process.

We have a 'kinderGARDEN' in a section of our playground, so many of the materials will be used to coincide with the garden activities.
