This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help me teach my students about plants, and how to raise them with some fun planter boxes. We learn about what plants need to survive and grow in Kindergarten. The ability to have hands on experiences with plants would really let my students apply their learning. It would also make our outdoor space more beautiful.

Giving my student the ability to play in the dirt will be such a positive experience for them. Hands on learning is so much more effective, and will give my students skills that will benefit them throughout their life.
