My Project

The after-school garden club is cultivating a variety of plants, herbs, vegetables, and even experimenting with fruits. To fill the raised garden beds on the newly renovated school playground, the students need to expand their growing capacity. To support this effort, they require grow lights to give greenhouse seedlings a healthy start, soil to fill the raised beds, and plant fertilizer to promote strong growth. Once the fruits and vegetables are transplanted outdoors, trellises will also be needed to support vertical growth and maximize space for all the plants to thrive.

Gardening offers numerous benefits for students, fostering both academic and personal growth by promoting hands-on learning, encouraging healthy habits, and connecting them with nature.
