Outdoor Earth Day Everyday Fun

Help me give my students amazing games to help them learn about the Earth through social learning skills. These games will be used at field day to teach students about ways that they can have fun outdoors.

My Project

Earth Day can be everyday when student learn outdoors. What a great opportunity to share the importance of protecting our planet and taking action by having outdoor classes and hands on learning opportunities.

These small students can make a BIG difference!

The materials in this project will spark a passion that will drive students to do their part to take care of the Earth. A few activities from the Earth day book will enhance learning including a nature walk to a local park, and additional educational activities to complete outdoors. Students can learn about solar power on Earth day by building and testing the solar powered toys. Taking a nature walk is not only about celebrating Earth Day everyday, but allows physical movement for students. It is also an opportunity for learning experiences in a variety of subjects for Field day and any day. One great experience will be social skills and team building skills when student play games like kickball with the jumbo kickball. Our outdoor time will be educational and fun at the same time. Students will learn how they can impact the Earth!!
