This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Outdoor time is intentionally linked to the learning occurring indoors so that skills are reinforced in multiple venues. Children continue to learn through play, exploration, and discovery in the natural environment.

Authentic materials are available for children to construct their learning.

Materials are developmentally appropriate, safe, and support learning goals. There is a mix of materials that supports all types of learners so that all children can work to develop new skills and understanding. Materials in this project, including community helper dress-up items , traffic signs, play-hoops, and more that will help support and stimulate dramatic play and creative expression.
