I am the teacher of 22 smiling first graders who are eager to learn. We live in the northeast corner of Oklahoma in a small, rural community. Our school is mostly made up of Title I students as we live in a low-income area. We have many Native American students due to the fact that Oklahoma is home to nine Native American tribes. I am looking to aid them in their journey to be college and career ready in their futures.
My Project
This Surface Go will allow for our classroom to work more efficiently and smoothly in many ways. I will be able to access thousands of resources using this device. The students' levels will all be reviewed closely and I will be able to give them the best individualized instruction that they will need.
This will allow the students to perform research and access so many apps at their fingertips!
Students will be engaged in the process that it takes to publish their own works that they create. I will be able to move around the room with this mobile device.
