My Project
Our school year is coming to an end! This school year brought many challenges and we overcame them together. We are sad to leave each other. I would love to end the school year by going OUT WITH A BANG!
We learned how to manage our emotions during SEL Social emotional Learning by using various tools, I would love to incorporate the calming strips, slime, bubbles and fidget snake as additional social emotional tools for the students.
When the school year is over the students will take these items home to continue their hard work. My goal for our learners is to continue this hard work throughout the summer and come back to school as 2nd graders who how to communicate how they feel and implement grade appropriate behaviors to manage their feelings .
My students faced many challenges and overcame them with strategies to build their independence, self-awareness, and increase their wiliness to take responsible risks.
