My Project

My goal is for EVERY student to be on grade level with phonic skills when they leave my classroom! This is a comprehensive, spiraled scope and sequence that is an effective, research‑based approach to phonics instruction. Each two‑part lesson is flexible and can be taught across whole group or small group time. The scripted lesson structure embeds everything a teacher needs to follow the best‑practices of Science of Reading. Each unit’s instructional materials includes a spiral‑bound teacher guide and the word and phrase cards needed for each lesson. The small group resource kit includes enough materials for 6 students to use simultaneously and are compatible with each unit. It is important to use creative instructional materials and resources that are fun and engaging to students to promote student learning.
