My Project
I teach KG to third-grade, exceptional education students. Currently, I am teaching students with autism in a small group in a resource setting. Students with autism learn better with pictures and demonstrations. To teach money concepts and other concept oriented teaching, I am requesting the storage boxes to sort the coins and dollars to teach them the life skills when they grow up. They need to be knowing how to handle money and for this, basic foundation is a must.
As a teacher supporting students with autism, they need a lot of visual cues, pictorial representations, models, and a lot of manipulatives to help them understand the concepts.
In order to get things ready for instruction and to be well organized, our classroom requires a lot of clear plastic storage boxes in different sizes. Thank you for your generous heart!
