it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Out of my mind is a great book for my students to read. It is one that highlights the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. It's an excellent opportunity for them to broaden their perspective, fostering empathy and understanding by seeing the world from a different point of view.
I would love for my students to learn and read this beautiful book in 4th grade to change their mindsets about how they see and treat others.
They can also realte it to the real world due to them having special needs students join our classroom throught the day.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
