Students are able to see things from a different perspective and relate to the struggles they don't hear/see on a daily bases. With this being our first novel of the year we are able to deeply dive and refer to the strong messages each chapter has. Some students can identify character traits that they can also relate to. \r\n\r\nWe have not finished this book yet but we are starting off strong and have high hopes for the ending. We have used your donated supplies weekly and they have been a valuable asset to us. \r\n\r\nA specific use has been the passports and art supplies. We have traveled virtually to Asia, Europe, and the Americas. We used these supplies to bring to life our travels around the globe and new cultures were learned. \r\n\r\nNative American Month Heritage Month was last month, and the children were able use these supplies to enhance their creativity. During December, we used these supplies to celebrate Christmas. I'm sure we'll continue working with your donation in the months to come.
