My Project

Third graders are learning how to celebrate culture and diversity. Before our school year ends, I would love to share more a more diverse book collection; build a hands-on craft; create a presentation, and listen music that relates to the culture's heritage.

By providing musical instruments, literature, and materials to prepare a presentation, my students will bring their learning of diverse cultures to life.

We will sample music pieces, read aloud from the books, interview family, and use learned knowledge to prepare a presentation for others. We hope to share an authentic food offering as a part of the reception.
