This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These picture frames will make a difference in my students' financial literacy learning by displaying their savings and financial plans in a meaningful way. Students will be able to display their own goals and future financial plans. They will create graphs and write their financial plans with their play money. Money that they will earn in the classroom as rewards.

My goal for this project is for my students to understand how to earn and save money now and for their future.

Students need to gain financial literacy skills to make financial decisions that promote financial self-sufficiency, stability, and well-being now and in the future.

Learning to make financial decisions can make a critical impact on students' ability to make smart choices.
