This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are bright, creative, and eager to learn! From 4th graders collaborating on math problems to kindergarteners practicing their letters, they bring so much energy to our classroom. But we need your help to provide essential tools: Expo markers and flexible seating.

How Your Support Makes a Difference:

1. Expo Markers: Vital for interactive learning! They empower 4th graders to visualize math and kindergarteners to practice writing. We're running low, limiting crucial hands-on activities.

2. Flexible Seating: Offers choice, boosting engagement! Students thrive when they can move and learn in ways that suit them. We've seen fewer behavior issues and more focused learning.

Our Goals for This Project:

1. To replenish our dwindling supply of Expo markers, ensuring that every student has the tools they need to participate fully in classroom activities.

2. To create a flexible and engaging learning environment by providing a variety of seating options that cater to diverse learning styles.

3. To increase student engagement, collaboration, and academic achievement.

4. To create a classroom where students feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Our students are special because they bring a unique blend of creativity, resilience, and enthusiasm to the classroom. They are eager to learn and grow, and with your support, we can provide them with the tools and environment they need to thrive.
