My Project

When students walk into a beautiful building with uplifting messages on the wall, books on shelves filled with stories of people who look like them, and pennants on the wall of places they could go someday, they feel the warmth of education. We are a high school for students that are overaged and undercredited. If you've ever seen Last Chance U on Netflix, I'd like to think we're similar to that except for high school students in Philadelphia.

These kids have overcome many obstacles in their lives and have decided that they want to re-engage with their education and their future.

I want them to do so in a place filled with the items in this project.
