it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Hello Community :)
Our school is a small middle school located in South Los Angeles, and this year, we are excited to be launching our very first STEM Program!
But what is a good STEM and Science class without proper gears and devices, right?
This year, our 6th graders will have the opportunity to dive into the Medical Detective class with Project Lead The Way, and will be exposed to body systems- in macro and micro levels. They will conduct experiments involving plant cells, cheek cells, and other organisms to understand how small things work together! 6th-7th Graders will also use this technology to research with and conduct their first Science Fair.
Please help us make this possible and give to our students, as this can lead to many rewarding careers in STEM!
