Help me give my students the tools they need to excel in social development and engaging learning materials! They love nature, and this project will be beneficial for their school experience!
This project would benefit my students greatly. My students are interactive, and learn best through playing with one another. The items for our dramatic play area flower shop will give them the opportunity to grow their social, fine motor, communication, and problem solving skills. Providing them with a safe space to grow in these areas will teach them the importance of peer interaction. Along with the social benefits, the flower shop materials will give them more insight into what we are learning throughout the rest of the day, like the development and parts of a flower. A sensory table is important for the same reasons and more. My students learn best when they are fully engaged, and a sensory table would ensure that they are stimulated and interested in what is inside that pertains to our other class lessons. The rest of the items we would love for this project would help them progress in all of the previously listed areas.
My goal is to help my students progress in their social-emotional, fine motor, and sensory skills as they learn about nature through the items needed with this project.
I am confident that they will show growth in using these tools.
My students are special because they are so receptive to interactive play. It is truly the way they learn best, and I have seen how much they need social and sensory play to be the most successful they can be. Playing together is their favorite part about school, and the skills they possess that they have learned through play will only strengthen with the items needed for this project!
