My Project

We have the books, now we just need to create a fun atmosphere! We're asking for tablecloths, fake candles, vases, artificial flowers, and table numbers to create an engaging book café for our book tastings in the school library. These are supplies that we'll be able to use for all of our classes, year after year.

Book tastings give students the chance to try out new books that they might not otherwise give a chance.

When students come in to the library for a book tasting, they will find a selection of books set out on the tables. Students are given the chance to look at the cover, summary and first few pages of the book- just a taste! Then they move on to another book and do it again.

Book tastings are a great way to get our students excited about reading and trying new books. These decorations will keep students engaged in reading and make our book tastings even more fun!
