My Project

My students face a variety of challenges each day with a smile. Their disabilities and abilities do not define them, but make them special to all around them. We are looking to add books to our classroom library that are adapted to each students unique needs.

We need laminating film and velcro so that we can make adapted books for each student.

These books will allow students to manipulate the text and pictures for an authentic reading experience. Textured materials, color cues and removable pictures are added to each book so that ALL students can read and learn.
