Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I work with four other kindergarten teachers, and we would all like to plan a special kindergarten “Moving Up’ ceremony for all 125 kindergarten students. We were hoping to have the theme be “Our Future is so Bright” and give the students colorful sunglasses and leis to wear. They would then keep them.

We are teaching the students special songs and a poem for the ceremony.

We are also requesting colorful balloons that spell “We Did It!” Thank you for taking the time to read our project. Any help at all is appreciated!
