This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have the pleasure of teaching our youngest learners at my school. My students spend a lot of time sitting, playing, learning, singing and dancing on our classroom rug every day.

Unfortunately, our classroom rug is old, dingy, and stained.

My school does not have the funding to provide us with a new rug. We desperately need a clean, colorful, and comfy new classroom rug for my inquisitive, energetic young learners to sit on and thrive!

Please help us fund a new classroom rug. My students and I would be so grateful!
