My Students

Hello Friends! My name is Sarah Bowlen.I teach inclusive Preschool in Lowell, MA.

My student population is made up of many cultures including 27 different countries and languages!

My students are beautiful children who are eager to learn! I help my students become a community through academics, social skills, language, music and hands-on learning!

My school is a Title I school located in the inner city that has over 100% of students receiving free breakfast and 87% of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch rate.

Therefore, my students do not have access to many experiences outside of the classroom.

Our school motto is, "Expect the Best!" which applies to both students and teachers too! Thank you for your help in providing the best for my students!

My Project

I'm so excited to bring STEM learning into our classroom! Preschool students love to explore and learn about everything around them. I'd love to help them see how tadpoles, ladybugs and ants become what they are!

Let's let our students see how insects work together and tadpoles turn to frogs right in front of their eyes!

Our science center will be fascinating for the children as they watch ants in a habitat tunnel, eat and carry their queen, ladybugs transform into colorful creatures and learn to fly, and tadpoles grow legs and become frogs!
