Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I teach at a charter school. My students are all amazing little people that want to learn and succeed! We are trying to get all the tools that they need to be prepared in class. My students are very creative! What I love most about my students is that they are always willing to share their materials and it would be fantastic if they could each have their own!
My Project
The items for my treasure box will provide the students with positive reinforcement so that they may continue to perform well. The headphones will allow students to hear the words they cannot quite read yet. Erasers and pencil sharpeners are always two of the items that the students need to have to be prepared and ready to learn. All these items together will provide the students with all the materials they need to succeed. Headphones are one of the most important items as they have to be on the Chromebook during interventions.
