Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
We are a classroom of 12 special needs children as most of my kiddos have autism. They are bright, beautiful, and curious to learn. Each and every one of my students have individual needs that vary from learning how to use basic daily skills, social-emotional needs, and academic needs.
My Project
Some of my staff are having bad reactions to cloth and N95 Masks so we are trying to provide her with new options in order to keep her and the students safe. Also, we are running low on pens for our students and these are needed for successful occupational therapy centers. We have occupational therapy twice a week and we would love to give them more options during this time. This year I have quite the artists so it would be fun to let them explore gel, sparkles while they create new masterpieces!
