Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are working hard towards achieving their OT goals. Many of them have deficits in hand/finger strength and bilateral hand use. These therapy balls, suction toys, stencils, magnetic letters, toys and other materials will help my students engage in activities that will address these skill deficits in a fun and enriching way.
Please help my students power up their skills by giving them these materials to increase their hand/finger strength and bilateral hand use.
These skills will increase their to participate in meal time, classroom tasks, handwriting, art and self care. Overall, it will increase their ability to participate across the school environment with increased independence.
